Ticketing
Tickets for concerts and events at zamus are more than simple entry passes. Each ticket sold supports the work of the zentrum für alte musik in a multitude of ways: it symbolizes the value of the artists’ work, facilitates further funding for projects and concert series, and makes long-term artistic development possible. These are just some of the ways in which zamus is committed to sustainability, for which your support through ticket sales are essential. zamus equally values accessibility: its collaboration with Kulturliste Köln e.V. provides subsidies for low-income families to be able to attend concerts and events.
Online Advance Sales
Online ticket purchases are possible on zamus.de and Eventbrite.de up until two hours before the posted starting time of a concert. All tickets purchased on Eventbrite are subject to an advance sales charge as well as a service charge in addition to the ticket price. Tickets purchased online are available as a PDF and may be printed or presented on your Smartphone.
Reservations and Ticket Sales by Telephone

To avoid cancelation, tickets reserved in advance must be paid for in full by bank transfer at least four days prior to the start of the event. All reservations made by telephone are subject to the same advance sales charge as those made on Eventbrite. Tickets purchased over the phone may be collected at the box office at the event venue. No refunds will be issued for purchased tickets.
Price Categories
Price categories vary, and the relevant information can be found on our website or under the details of individual events. Discounts apply for children and students (up to and including 28 years of age), as well as recipients of unemployment benefits (ALG), anyone enrolled in BFD, FSJ, FÖJ, and FWD programs, Kölnpass holders, and members of zamus/KGAM e.V. Proof of eligibility must be spontaneously presented at the entrance.
Persons with severe disabilities receive free admission. If a severely disabled person requires a chaperone, the accompanying party also receives free admission.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for all events. Please address requests by email to tickets [at] zamus.de.
Box Office
The box office opens one hour before the start of each concert at the venue. Tickets may be purchased with cash or a debit/credit card (EC/Mastercard/Visa), but availability of tickets not reserved in advance is not guaranteed.
Reimbursements
Please check tickets immediately upon advance purchase to verify accuracy. Complaints filed at a later time will not be considered. As a general rule, neither ticket exchanges nor returns are possible. Changes to the program, cast, or venue do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund. In the event of a cancellation, the purchase price (excluding additional fees) will be refunded.
During the Concert
All events presented by zamus have free seating. We kindly ask for your understanding should you need to be relocated to a different seat by a staff member for any reason.
In case of late arrival to a performance, please contact a staff member. Please be aware, however, that there is no guarantee of late admission nor of ticket exchange.
We kindly ask for your understanding that the taking of photographs and audio recordings at an event is strictly prohibited due to reasons of copyright. By entering the grounds of any event, you agree to your image being potentially recorded and published for promotional purposes.
